All accepted articles are published free of charge and made available openly to the public.

Withdrawal Policy and Penalty

To maintain fairness and avoid unnecessary burden on editors and reviewers, authors are strongly discouraged from withdrawing their manuscripts after the peer review process has begun.

If an author withdraws a manuscript after it has been sent for review, a withdrawal penalty of IDR 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) will be applied.

This policy is intended to:

• Compensate for time and resources spent by reviewers and editors.

• Encourage responsible and timely submission.

The penalty must be paid before the journal can process any future submissions from the same author(s).
