JES-GI (Journal of Earth Science and Geomatics Indonesia) is a peer-reviewed academic journal that provides a platform for researchers, professionals, and academics to publish high-quality scientific articles in the fields of geodesy, geomatics, and related Earth sciences. The journal aims to disseminate current research findings and promote scholarly communication at both national and international levels. The scope of the journal includes a wide range of topics such as geodesy and geomatics applications, geodynamics, remote sensing, natural resources and disaster management, cadastre and geographic information systems (GIS), mapping, surveying and photogrammetry, geology, geography, spatial science and spatial statistics, as well as other issues related to geodesy and geomatics engineering.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, and the final decision for publication is made by the Editorial Board based on reviewers’ recommendations. JES-GI is published twice a year, in June and November, and accepts manuscripts written in English. To support wider dissemination of scientific knowledge, the journal applies an open publication policy with no submission or article processing charges (APCs) for authors.
